Kim Miller, CIT - President
The Builders' Exchange of Texas
kim@bxtx.com
Kim is a past Director. She joined NAWIC November 1, 2005. After chairing the highly successful NAWIC/BXTX Golf Tournament last year, Kim decided to throw her hat into the ring and be President of the Chapter this year. Kim’s experience with PR during her years at The Builder’s Exchange has already proven to be a benefit to NAWIC, as she has come in contact with fascinating companies and asked them to speak at our monthly meetings. At the Builder’s Exchange, Kim is responsible for the BXTX Newsletter, and has used this expertise and knowledge to create the first ever NAWIC San Antonio Chapter Newsletter which is proving to be a wonderful resource for our members to utilize. Kim’s motto as President this year is “Tooting your Horn” which is an effort to get our name out there and let the community know who we are and what we are about. Kim has already gained awareness for NAWIC by orchestrating our chapter to participate in the Susan G. Komen “Walk for the Cure” this March. We are excited to see the additional ideas and new directions Kim plans to take this chapter in the upcoming year.
